Children's PRE
(Parish Religious Education) Program
Religious Instruction is provided for children ages 3
years through 12th grade beginning in the Fall and concluding in Spring.
Sessions begin at 9:15 a.m. and conclude at 10:40.
R.C.I.A. Rite of Christian Initiation of
Adults is a process of
faith sharing and liturgical celebrations for those who are seeking full
initiation into the Catholic Church. Inquiry Classes are held during
the Summer months with a informational sessions beginning in the
Fall.
Sacrament of Confirmation
Youth wishing to receive the sacrament of Confirmation
must attend the Children's PRE Program regularly for two years prior to
special preparation sessions. An Enrollment and Orientation Meeting
is held in the Spring or early Summer after the youth have completed the
9th grade.
First Reconciliation & First Communion
Children wishing to receive the sacrament of First
Reconciliation and First Communion must attend the Children's PRE
Program regularly for two years prior to special preparation sessions.
Children will prepare (typically during the 2nd grade) during their
regularly scheduled PRE Classes.

Baptism
Prior to Baptism of children, parents must first attend
The Rite of Baptism for Children class. The class is typically 1
1/2 hours in length. Class dates, times and meeting locations will
be announced in the at least two weeks prior to the class meeting.
After attending the Baptism class, parents will schedule an appointment
with a priest or deacon to schedule the Baptism.
Adult Faith Formation
Various opportunities for adult formation are offered
throughout the year. You can find out about specific opportunities
by reading the parish bulletin or checking our website often.
