Liturgy of the Hours
Blessed Pope John Paul II, encouraged all the faithful to participate in praying the Liturgy of the Hours, or the "Divine Office," which is the prayer of the entire Church. Reforms made after the Second Vatican Council have endeavored to make the Church's prayer accessible to all Catholics by a simplification of structure.
