Children (PRE)
2026-2027 PRE (CATECISMO) STARTS ON SEPTEMBER 13th
Parish Religious Education (Catecismo) is provided for children ages four years through 12th grade beginning in the fall and concluding in spring. PRE (Catecismo) is required for any youth who wish to receive their first holy communion or the sacrament of confirmation. Through PRE, children deepen their understanding of the Catholic faith and their relationship with Jesus Christ.
PRE (Catecismo) is not a replacement for Catholic formation of children within their family. Parents have the duty to educate their children in the Catholic faith from their earliest years (Catechism of the Catholic Church, 2225).
